Sore Knees

While looking through the web, talking to doctors, and just finding out the best way to treat sore knees, there seems to be a consensus to do the following:

Apply ice packs immediately upon injuring your needs for up to 24 hours to reduce swelling;
Avoid doing anything that might increase the swelling;
Once the swelling is gone, you can apply heat on the knees

There is actually a very good blog about this on WebMD.

While this proven methods do do some good, there is actually a way to reduce the swelling from day one on the cellular level. A company called Relief Technology has developed a patented way of reducing swelling using pulsed electromagnetic wave technology, or PEMT. If you want to read about how there technology works you can click here.

By reducing the swelling in your tissues, you therefor will substantially reduce any pain caused by that swelling. This new technology is effective on 98% of all people who use it on their knees, is harmless, and uses low energy PEMT.

If you have persistent knew pain or stiffness, I strongly recommend you trying this remedy.
